Card "Guest of Honor"

Discounts for accommodation under the card “Guest of Honor” are accrued subject to the following conditions:

1.     When a guest books hotel accommodation via the booking service at phone number +7 (347) 279 00 10 or via the hotel web-site:  www.gkbashkortostan.ru.

2.     When a guest stays in the hotel for using the least 10 nights in total, the guest receives the status of Guest of Honor “Classic”.  This status grants the following privileges to him/her:

- 10% discount for accommodation during every next stay

3.     When a guest stays in the hotel for at least 100 nights in total, the guest receives guest status “Premium” and may enjoy the following privileges:

- 15% discount for accommodation

- early check-in before 11.00 and/or late check-out up to 15.00 without additional charge (the service is provided upon a prior request and depends on availability of free rooms in the hotel)

- priority during booking

4.     A guest stays according to open official hotel rates (the discount under card "Guest of Honor" is not summed up with promotional rates, special offers and so on).

5.     A guest pays for his hotel accommodation in cash or with a bankcard.

6.     If two Loyalty Program members plan booking one room, the accommodation discount will be for the Program member who made the booking.

7.     When booking is made via telephone or electronic mail, a guest informs us that he has a card “Guest of Honor” and its number.

8.     As certain limits under the card “Guest of Honor” are achieved, the status is raised to the next level by a hotel employee by replacing the previous card with a new card with a different sequential number.

9.     A guest may learn the current status of his/her card at the hotel reception service or send an enquiry to reserv@gkbashkortostan.ru stating his/her full name and card number.

10.   Discounts under a Loyalty Program card do not apply to cars and the restaurant, rent of conference halls, fitness studio, and the wellness center.
